In the month of December we started work on our Whittling Chip and "Sawdust and Nails" elective. All of our boys completed the Whittling Chip. Each boy carved an Arrowhead from a bar of Soap and then Each was given a 3X4 piece of Basswood to complete one over the Holiday break. The boys participated in constructing a tool box and a tool box kit was sent home with the scouts to complete over the break. It was a very productive month for Den 5!
